• Base Price $350 up to 3000 sq. ft. + $25 for every additional 250 sq. ft.

• Condo Price $250 (interior inspection only, does NOT include roof, exterior, structure, crawlspace, mechanicals, garage, etc...)

• Additional $25 for homes built before 1980, $50 for homes built before 1960

Scope:

• I adhere to InterNACHI's Standards of Practice for home inspections (click to view full SOP).  A full home inspection generally includes the following:
